Zabariah assumes duties as Court of Appeal president

PUTRAJAYA, July 4 — Federal Court Judge Datuk Zabariah Mohd Yusof will assume the powers and responsibilities of the Court of Appeal president following Tan Sri Abang Iskandar Abang Hashim's retirement yesterday.

Ex-Federal Court Judge Suriyadi appointed AIAC director

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 16 — Former Federal Court Judge Tan Sri Suriyadi Halim Omar has been appointed as the director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) for the 2020-2022 term, effective December 1.
